The bustling town, port and beaches of Denia are only 10 minutes in the other direction. The well kept grounds are a delight as a fish filled stream meanders through the lush, landscaped gardens while the splashing of water from the fountains compels one to the vast free-form lagoon of the swimming pool. The bedrooms, with integral wardrobes, have either a double, or 2 single beds. Indoors	The 1 bedroom apartments sleep up to 4 (more likely 3, unless small children)when the sofa bed is utilized. They have well equipped American style, kitchens opening onto the spacious lounge via a breakfast bar. Although the equipment in each apartment´s kitchen varies, they all have at least : washing machine, fridge with ice box, oven and hob and microwave. Some apartments have Digital satellite TV in the lounge which receives a good range of British channels (including Sky sports). There are also DVD players & VCRs. The lounges open onto sunny terraces with table and chairs - great spots for drinks meals and sunbathing. The bedrooms, with integral wardrobes, have either a double, or 2 single beds.
