General Description	This excellent villa is located on the slopes of Monte Pedreguer and has marvellous far reaching views of the coast and mountains from all parts of the villa and grounds. The lovely beaches of Javea and Denia are each 15 and 20 minutes away, being on either side of the spectacular Montgo mountain, which can be seen perfectly from the pool terrace. - There is a Safe, (strong box for valuables), in the wall in the downstairs area There is a large Mas y Mas supermarket just 4 minutes drive from the villa which would provide for most needs, otherwise the small towns of Pedreguer and Gata de Gorgos, each also being about 4 minutes drive, have plenty of smaller shops to browse - Gata has many outlets of cane and bamboo furniture etc.. All windows are double glazed and mosquito screened, extra fans, it´s a great location, great views, great pool and in pristine order throughout .

Outdoors	Secure gates take you into a very well kept garden of palm trees, colourful borders and pathways as well as parking area and car port. Apart from the broad terrace around the glittering kidney shaped pool, there is another on the other side of the villa which is ideal for evening drinks in the last rays of the long hot day. Both this patio and the pool terrace are nicely lit at night while the pool also has underwater lighting. Lots of garden furniture plus BBQs for each terrace, and the pool itself, ensure the comfort and enjoyment of time “at home”.
Indoors	Entry is through the conservatory that overlooks the pool and where meals can be taken at the large table while there is an alternate dining area to one side of the spacious hall. (as the conservatory roof is electrically operated to be fully retractable and with the sliding windows open, you have the option of eating “outside inside”). The extremely well equipped kitchen is off the other side and includes, apart from the standard great views and polished marble surfaces, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, etc., etc..(the washing machine is in the utility room downstairs) The living room is large, comfortably furnished and particularly bright as one side is a picture window looking out toward the sea. There is a ceiling fan, TV with 2 or 3 Free to Air UK channels, a DVD player and a VCR, (some tapes),also a midi Hi Fi system. On this level are the very spacious double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a well fitted out bathroom. Internal stairs, (which can be locked off), lead down to what can be used as an independent apartment as it has separate access from outside. This level provides another spacious double bedroom and a bathroom that includes a bath and shower. There is a second kitchen which has almost all the equipment of the main one plus there are 2 single beds in the the main room that could make this level and the one above particularly suitable for 2 families holidaying together but living with just that little bit of space between them !
